All Participating Guests Must:
- Follow the instructions of our trained staff at all times.
- All participants must remove any jewellery, loose clothing, and sharp accessories prior to using the inflatable run.
- Demonstrate swimming ability if asked to do so by a member of staff – failure to do so will result in exclusion from the activity, to use the Inflatable Run requires a competent level of swimming ability
- Participate in the safety briefing – failing to do so will result in exclusion from the activity.
- Minimum age 8, All guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 at all times
Waiver Rules
1. I am 18 years old and wish to undertake the Park Holidays Inflatable Run activity.
2. I understand that participating in the Inflatable Run activity has a significant potential for serious injury and/or drowning.
3.To reduce risks, I agree to follow the Safety Rules that I have received within this document as well as all of the instructions to be given to me by instructors before undertaking the activity.
4.I am voluntarily participating in this activity with the knowledge of the dangers involved and I agree to accept any and all risks of loss, injury, or death.
5. I understand that to use the Inflatable Run requires a competent level of swimming ability, and I agree that my own swimming ability meets that requirement.
6. If assuming responsibility for the supervision of any under 18 year olds in this agreement, I declare that I am aged 18 years old or older.
7. I agree that I am responsible for my own safety and that of any under year olds that I have signed responsibility for below and I undertake to unsure that he/she/they read, understand and will follow the instructions set out in the safety rules and verbal instructions given.
8. I declare that if I am not the child(ren)’s parent or guardian I have the authority of the parent or guardian to sign this risk acknowledgment and disclaimer.
9. In the event of an accident or any damage, loss, injury or death I acknowledge that Park Holidays UK will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the activities (except for death or personal injury caused by Park Holidays UK negligence) and I waive all and any claims against Park Holidays UK in this respect both for myself and for the children in my care.
10. I agree immediately to cease participation of the Inflatable Run activity if I am concerned in any way about its operation or my own well being, and that I am to alert the nearest member of staff to assist me in vacating the pool safely.
11. I certify that to the best of my knowledge neither I nor any children in my care have a medical condition which might make me or him/her/them more likely to sustain an injury. To the best of my knowledge I and any children in my care are not pregnant.
12. I confirm that I am not under the adverse influence of drink or drugs.
